Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable Arnold Stuthman,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present:Supervisors Pfeifer, Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Woerth,Tooley and Chairman Stuthman.Absent:Supervisor Franzen.The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.Dan Brown and Rod Armstrong of Nebraska OnLine answered questions on the County Website for the Co Bd.Linda Aerni and Paul Schumacher also added a few Comments.Moved and seconded to approve the final plat for Estates at Lake Oconee Third Subdivision as requested by Mike Munson.Motion carried.The following resolution was presented:PLATTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION NO. 02-20 RESOLVED,that the plat for the Estates of Lake Oconee Third Subdivision,a subdivision of the NW ¼ of Section 18,T17N,R1W,Platte County,Nebraska is hereby approved;and RESOLVED further,that the 40’ road right of way with a 24’ roadway in lieu of a 60’ road right of way is hereby approved;and RESOLVED further,that the Chairman of the Platte County Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to sign said plat and accompanying documents to finalize the platting process.Dated this 4th day of June,2002./s/Diane C Pinger,County Clerk/s/Arnold Stuthman Chairman,Platte County Board of Supervisors.Moved and seconded to adopt Res No. 02-20 for Estates at Lake Oconee Third Subdivision.Motion carried.The Co Sher discussed jail issues and also presented buzzer prices for the Clerks Office,Assessors Office and General Assistance Office.Moved and seconded to approve the contract between Platte County and Justice Benefits Inc on the Supplemental Security Income Program.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the quote from Mid Nebr Comm for buzzers in the County Clerks Office,County Assessors Office and General Assistance in the amt of $2530.00 to be taken out of the Bld Grds budget.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize Third Party Environmental Inc to immediately start the lead survey and risk assessment and the lead remediation design for $6000.00.Motion carried.Richard Snyder,Snyder Engineering updated the Co Bd on the asbestos and lead paint clean-up.Chairman Stuthman declared that an emergency meeting will be held on 6-7-02 at 9:00a.m.being held in the Board Room on environmental concerns and legal issues.James Bowbray,Nebr Comm on Public Advocacy explained the indigent defense services to the Co Bd.

djournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met for an Emergency Meeting beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable Arnold Stuthman,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present:

Supervisors Pfeifer,Lloye,Woerth,Tooley and Chairman Stuthman.Absent:Supervisors Friedrichsen and Franzen.

Moved and seconded to move forward in removing all the asbestos pipe wrap in the old Courthouse and have Mr. Snyder send a letter and process report to Steve Schlife,Health& Human Serv and R.L.
