Fauss Builders Inc.Moved and seconded to go into executive session at 10:14a.m.to discuss litigation matters.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to conclude the executive session at 10:44a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to allow the Bldg Grds Comm to contact Dr.Ralph Keller an Environmental Hygienist from Kansas City regarding the lead issue in the Courthouse.

Motion carried.Computer bids for the Co Treas Office were opened and read.Moved and seconded to refer the bids to the Co Treas to review and to report back as soon as possible. Motion carried.Moved and seconded to accept the bid Connecting Point for computer in the Co Treas Office in the amt of $14942.00 plus installation to be taken out of the capital purchase acct.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Co Sher to hire Mr. Greg Eller as the Maintenance Technician for the new jail facility and existing courthouse at a starting salary of $24960.00 to be effective 10-1-02.Motion carried.The following resolution was presented:RESOLUTION NO. 02-31 WHEREAS,
