WHEREAS,the Platte County,Nebraska ,is an eligible unit of a general local government authorized to file an application under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended for Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, and WHEREAS, Platte County,Nebraska ,has obtained its citizens’ comments on community development and housing needs; and has conducted a public hearing upon the proposed application and received favorable public comment respecting the application which for an amount of $505,000 of CDBG Economic Development Program funds for a local company , Shell Valley Companies,Inc. for permanent working capital, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Supervisors of Platte County,Nebraska that the Chairman be authorized and directed to proceed with the formulation of any and all contracts, documents or other memoranda between Platte County and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development so to effect acceptance of the grant application for Shell Valley Companies,

Ph.D., CIH on the mold issue in the Courthouse. After talking with her she says
we do not have a problem. She suggests we take air samples of all the rooms and
keep the results in our records. Supervisor Woerth also discussed the post
office boxes and the carpet bids for the extension office. Supervisor
Friedrichsen has a meeting in
