The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.Moved and seconded to go with the Co Assessors recommendation, the Boys and Girls Home of Nebr Inc facility be non-taxable, except for areas rented for a profit business. Lloyd,Woerth,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Pfeifer.The Co Sher discussed jail issues and establishing a petty cash fund for the county jail with the Co Bd. The following resolution was presented: RESOLUTION NO. 03-28 WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute 23-106, the Co Bd has the authority to establish a petty cash fund, and

WHEREAS, the amount of such petty cash fund of $500.00 is sufficient. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the Platte Co Bd of Supervisors does hereby establish a petty cash fund in the amt of $500.00 for the Platte County Jail. Dated this 3^rd day of June, 2003. Supervisor Friedrichsen attended several Juvenile Detention Center meetings in Madison. Supervisor Martens was unable to attend the Reg IV Behavioral Hlth meeting in May. He will keep the board informed on state funding after the next meeting.
