For the record, Supervisor Martens stated he has rec’d numerous calls on Granville Cemetery. He did some research and found aerial photos which show a change in the cemetery boundaries. Supervisor Pfeifer also has rec’d numerous phone calls. What upsets Mr. Pfeifer, is the people who write the articles to the paper, don’t know the whole story, the innuendos are untrue and false. Supervisor Friedrichsen asked “Who has the ownership of the cemetery?” We know the county has a duty for maintenance and upkeep. He feels the only way to resolve this issue is to go to court. The rest of the board members agreed with Supervisor Friedrichsen.
