Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Woerth,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Pfeifer. The Aff of Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented. Rebecca Rayman,East-Central Dist Hlth Dept discussed the Subrecipient Agreement Memorandum of Understanding, Contractor’s Bid Score Sheet for the new addition and their budget with the Co Bd. Moved and seconded to accept the bid of Bierman Constr in the amt of $504,527.00 for the new addition of the East-Central Dist Hlth Dept.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the East-Central Dist Hlth Dept budget of $3125833.00 as presented. The following resolution was presented: RESOLUTION NO. 04-09 WHEREAS, that part of 415th Street located on the line common to the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 ) of Section 6 and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 4 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Nebraska is classified as a Minimum Maintenance Road, and WHEREAS, said road, as described should be removed from the Minimum Maintenance Classification and upgraded to Local Road Classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Platte Co Board of Supervisors that said part of 415th Street, as described, is reclassified from a Minimum Maintenance Road to a Local Road. Supervisor Woerth reported on the postage meter in the courthouse and it seems to be working out alright. The fourth floor is getting finished and will need to discuss the shelving. The Bldg Grds Comm needs to look at the carpet in the Co Assessors Office and the tile in the lobby by the Co Treas Office. The underground sprinklers are being installed today. Supervisor Friedrichsen attended a juvenile meeting in Madison and everything is going well. Supervisor Tooley has a copy of the Central Nebr Comm Serv audit if anyone would like to see it. Supervisor Franzen spent time on the Homeland Security Grant Appl with Tim Hofbauer and Wm Brandenburgh. He also attended a Ag Land Valuation Bd meeting with the Co Assessor and stated there is legislation to eliminate the Ag Land Valuation Bd this session. Supervisor Martens attended the bid opening for the new addition of the East-Central Dist Hlth Dept which was presented today. Supervisor Pfeifer appointed a committee which consists of John Woerth, Joe Tooley and Tom Martens to work with the City Library Bd to negotiate a bookmobile contract for next year.
