and seconded approve the tax corrections #13193 thru #13197 for real estate and
personal property as recommended by the Co Assessor.Motion carried.Moved and
seconded to approve the permissive exemption for Youth for Christ Columbus Inc
as recommended by the Co Assessor.Motion carried. Moved and seconded approve
the mtr vehicle exemptions as recommended by the Co Treas.Motion carried.The

Greg Lower, Gilmore&Assoc requested the Boards approval on the plat and
adopt Res No. 04-30 on Maguire Subdivision. The following resolution was
presented: RESOLUTION NO. 04-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF PLATTE
COUNTY,NEBRASKA,TO APPROVE THE PLAT OF THE MAGUIRE SUBDIVISION,PLATTE
COUNTY, NEBRASKA. WHEREAS,
Michael G Maguire and Mary J Maguire, husband and wife, of Columbus, Platte
County, Nebraska, are owners of the following described real estate: A tract of
land located in the SW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 17 North, Range 1 East of
the 6th P.M., in Platte County,Nebraska,described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block A, Westwood Subdivision, a
subdivision of part of the SW 1/4 of

subdivisions subject to county levy authority to submit a preliminary request
for levy allocation to the county board;and WHEREAS, the townships, fire

to the Platte County Clerk for a preliminary tax request for fiscal year
