presented. Moved and seconded approve the motor vehicle exemptions as

Mueller and Richard Kamm discussed funding for maintenance upkeep of pioneer
cemeteries with the Co Bd. Hwy Supt Fred Liss interjected and stated per State
Statute 12-808 an abandoned and neglected pioneer cemetery shall be defined as
such: (1) such cemetery was founded, or the land upon which such cemetery is
situated was given, granted, donated, sold or deeded to the founders of the cemetery
prior to January 1,1900; (2) such cemetery contains the grave or graves of a
person or persons who were homesteaders, immigrants from a foreign nation,
prairie farmers, pioneers, sodbusters, first generation Nebraskans or Civil War
veterans; and (3) such cemetery has been generally abandoned and neglected for
a period of at least twenty years. Rebecca Rayman, East-Central Dist Hlth Dept
Director presented their quarterly report. Moved and seconded approve the

C Pinger,Co Clk. Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors
Martens,Friedrichsen, Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth. The Aff
Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were
presented.The Co Bd discussed the spraying agreement for the county weed district. Moved
and seconded authorize the Co Atty to look into this further and not sign the
spraying agreement. Motion carried.The following resolution was presented to
set levy limits for the townships,fire districts,ag
society, library and rural road improvement district #1 in accordance with
LB1114. RESOLUTION NO. 05-24 WHEREAS, Nebr State
Statute 77-3443(3) requires all political subdivisions subject to county levy
authority to submit a preliminary request for levy allocation to the county
board; and WHEREAS, the townships,fire districts,ag society, RRID #1 have sent
resolutions to the Platte Co Clk for a preliminary tax request for fiscal year
2005-2006.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Platte Co Bd Supervisors
