session beginning at 9:00 in the
morning. Honorable John Woerth,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk. Roll call and
the following members present: Supervisors Martens,
Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth. The Aff Publ
from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.Moved
and seconded to approve the mtr vehicle exemptions as recom-
Mended by the Co Treas except for number three. Motion
carried.Moved and seconded to approve tax corrections #13251 thru #13254 for
real estate and personal property as recommended by the Co Assessor.Motion
carried.Moved and seconded to approve the adjusted levies for the following:
Schl Dist 1 general old levy .963518 new levy .958800 bond old levy .199861 new
levy .198900 and Central Platte NRD sinking old levy .002020 new levy

Platte County’s name on a grant for a AFIS Machine system.Motion carried.Moved
and seconded to accept the quote from Connecting Point in the amt of $2792 for
the renewal of the county’s firewall subscription as presented by Tim
Hofbauer.Motion carried. Eldon Nitz discussed a zoning issue with the Co Bd.The
Elect Comm discussed HAVA Elect Equip for Platte Co with the Co Bd.Moved and
seconded to approve the minutes of 10-4-05.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to
authorize the Chairman to sign the utility appl for Dave Olmer.Motion

meeting minutes for 9-28-05.Motion carried. Committee Reports: Supervisor
Pfeifer presented a letter from the Newman Grove Public Library requesting
funds to serve the users in Platte County.
Supervisor Friedrichsen will be attending a meeting Friday at the Juvenile
Detention Center
in Madison. Supervisor Tooley
discussed an issue from the last safety meeting regarding individuals coming
into the courthouse after hours that need not be there. Supervisor Franzen reported
the NIRMA Bd of Directors met and dividend checks totaling $1 million will be
disbursed in February provided they receive approval from the state insurance
board. He was re-elected to the NIRMA Bd for another three years. Supervisor
Martens will be attending a meeting at the ECDHD.Moved and seconded that the
following claims be approved as presented and the Co Clk be ordered to issue
