Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning. Honorable John Woerth,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,County Clerk. Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens,Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Toolay and Chairman Woerth. The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented. The Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws. Moved and seconded to approve the agenda.Motion carried. William Grant,Atty discussed with the Co Bd the consideration and motion whether to put to a vote of the people in the November General Election the establishment of a county museum utilizing the existing county historical society and museum, including approval of the ballot language in accordance with Nebr. Rev. § Chapter 51.Moved and seconded as per the request of the Platte Co Historical Society Bd to put on the general election ballot the establishment of a County Museum to read as follows: Shall the County establish a Museum for the use of the inhabitants of Platte County, utilizing the existing Platte County Historical Society Museum and authorize the levy of a tax of not more than one half cent on each one hundred dollars upon the taxable value of all taxable property within the County to be levied each year and collected in a like matter as other taxes in Platte County to be known as the Platte County Museum Fund.  O  FOR said establishment of Platte County Museum and levying of tax. O  AGAINST said establishment of Platte County Museum and levying to tax. The ballot expense will be paid by Mr. Lyle Ernst. Motion carried.The Co Bd considered funding for the county hlth insurance plan. Moved and seconded to make the change as recommended by Mr. Tooley to switch our stop loss carrier from Zurich to The Hartford (option 4), to increase the stop loss from $30,000 to $35,000 and also to raise the following premiums:  single from $434.72 to $456.46, employee spouse/children from $872.69 to $916.32 and family from $998.42 to $1,048.34 with the deductible staying at $500/$1000, prescription drug car will be $5 generic copay, $25 formulary brand copay and $50 non-formulary brand copay  to be effective
