Friedrichsen,Vice Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Vice Chairman Friedrichsen. Absent: Chairman Woerth and Supervisor Matens.The Vice Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws. The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting was presented.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda.Motion carried.The Vice Chairman recessed the meeting at 10:13a.m. so that the Hwy Supt could talk to the Road-Bridge Committee.
