Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth.The Aff Publ from
the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.Moved
and seconded to approve the agenda for the Bd Equalization. Motion
carried.Moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 7-18-06.Motion
carried.Moved and seconded to approve the tax corrections #13303 thru #13306 on
real estate and personal property as recommended by the Co Assessor.Motion
carried.Moved and seconded to approve the following mtr vehicle exemptions as
recommended by the Co Treasurer: Holy Family Schl& Church, Holy Family

seconded to remove from the table the prescription drug plan. Motion carried.
Moved and seconded to change the prescription drug carrier from ProCare RX to
Express Script for a one year contract to be effective 9-1-06.Motion

to set the levy limits for the townships,fire
district,library,ag society, rural road improvement district #1 and to conduct

courthouse cleaning bids to the Bldg& Grds Committee to review and to

allow Don Mroczek of Platinum Services to talk to the county employees about a

Manager Tim Hofbauer to purchase a lap top computer in the amt of $1394.00 to

NEBRASKA, TO DIRECT THERE BE PLACED UPON THE BALLOT AT THE NOVEMBER 7,2006
GENERAL ELECTION FOR ALL REGISTERED VOTERS OF PLATTE COUNTY TO VOTE UPON, THE
PROPOSITION TO AUTHORIZE THE LEVY OF A TAX OF NOT MORE THAN ONE-HALF (1/2) CENT
ON EACH ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS UPON THE TAXABLE VALUE OF ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY
WITHIN THE COUNTY, TO BE LEVIED EACH EYAR AND COLLECTED IN A LIKE MANNER AS
OTHER TAXES IN PLATTE COUNTY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PLATTE COUNTY MUSEUM FUND FOR

06-19 WHEREAS, Nebraska State Statute 77-3443(3) requires all political
subdivisions subject to county levy authority to submit a preliminary request

districts, agricultural society, library and RRID #1 have sent resolutions to
the Platte County Clerk for a preliminary tax request for fiscal year
