Motion carried.The Co Sher discussed the purchase of a new recorder for dispatch with the Co Bd.The Hwy Supt presented a letter from ADM requesting permission from the Co Bd to re-locate approximately 2200 ft of the county road.Moved and seconded to allow ADM to proceed with the engineering on the relocation of the county road approximately 2200 ft.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Co Atty to purchase two printers in the amt of $229.98 to be paid from the capital acct.Motion carried. Jeff Rauh from TransCanada presented an update on the Keystone Pipeline Project to the Co Bd.This will affect three miles in the northeast corner of Platte County. A hearing was held at 10:00a.m. to consider the issuance of a Special Designated Permit to St Michaels Church for an event being held at St Michaels Church on 11-4-07 with a snow date of 11-11-07.Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 10:04a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded that the Platte Co Bd Supervisors recommend to the Nebr Liquor control Comm that the Special Designated Permit for St Michaels Church for an event on 11-4-07 with a snow date of 11-11-07 be granted.
