Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable John Woerth,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present:Supervisors Martens, Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth.The Chairman informed the general public on the posting of the open meeting laws.The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried.A hearing was held at 9:00a.m. for the purpose of considering the issuance of a Retail On & Off Sale License to Platte Co Ag Society dba Columbus Races. Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 9:16a.m..Motion carried.Moved and seconded that the Platte Co Bd Supervisors recommend to the Nebr Liquor Control Comm that the On & Off Sale License for the Platte Co Ag Society dba Columbus Races be granted.Motion failed.The Chairman recessed the Bd Supervisors at 9:25a.m. to conduct the Bd Eq meeting.

Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 12-19-06.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve tax corrections #13319 thru #13327 on real estate and personal property as recommended by the Co Assessor.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the permissive exemption that are on file in the Co Assessors Office.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the following mtr vehicle exemptions as recommended by the Co Treasurer: Victory Christian Fellowship, Holy Family Church, Scotus Central Catholic High School. Motion carried.The One and Six Year Road hearing was held from 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 11:00a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to add Project No C-71(707) grading and paving of 2.5 miles north of the Mason Road to the six year plan. Motion failed.Moved and seconded to add Project No. C-71(707) hard surfacing of 2.0 miles north of the Dickie Doodles Road on East 29th Avenue to the six year plan. Motion died due to lack of a second. Supervisor Franzen will be attending the NIRMA meeting in Kearney on 2-7-07 at which dividend checks will be disbursed. Supervisor Tooley has been talking with Col Hosp regarding an agreement for the inmate bills. Supervisor Friedrichsen will be attending a meeting at the Juvenile Detention Center in Madison on Friday(19).Moved and seconded that the following claims be approved as presented and the Co Clk be ordered to issue warrants of the same on the respective funds.Motion carried.
