Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in
session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable John P Woerth,Chairman,Diane
C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors
Martens, Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth.The
Chairman informed the general public on the posting of the open meeting
laws.The Aff of Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public
meeting were presented.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as
presented.Motion carried.The awarding of the phone bids was discussed by the Co
Bd.Moved and seconded to accept the bid from BTS, Inc for a new phone system
for the Platte Co Courthouse in the amt of $46726.00 to be paid from the
communication budget. Motion carried.The awarding of the copy machine bids was
discussed by the Co Bd.Moved and seconded to accept the bid from OfficeNet for
a new copy machine on 2nd floor in the amt of $7540.00 with trade-in
to be paid from the capital acct.Motion carried.The Co Sher requested
permission from the Co Bd to sell two vehicles at the city auction. Moved and
seconded to authorize the Co Sher to put the 1995 Ford Taurus on the city
auction and to transfer the 1999 Ford Explorer to the Emergency Management
Dept.Motion carried.Tim Hofbauer, Emergency Manager requested permission to
sell a vehicle and discussed a Homeland Security Grant with the Co Bd.Moved and
seconded to authorize the Emergency Manager to put the 1991 Ford Crown Victoria
on the city auction. Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the
Chairman to sign Res No. 07-22 for homeland security 2007 grant funding. Motion

discussed the proposed increase of the Court Appointed Attorney fees with the
Co Bd.Moved and seconded to send a letter to the Clk of Supreme Crt expressing
concerns in the increase of the Court Appointed Attorney fees. Motion carried.General
Assist Adm,Sharon Bahr is requesting an annual review
and a pay increase. Moved and seconded to increase the General Assist Adm
monthly hourly rate by fifty cents (.50) to be effective June 18,2007.Motion
