Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in
session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable John P Woerth,Chairman,Diane
C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens,
Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth.The Chairman
inform the general public on the posting of the open meeting laws.The Aff Publ
from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were
presented.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion
carried.A hearing was held at 9:00a.m. to consider an
appl to the Platte co Revolving Loan Fund for Patrick
Adamy dba Country View Estates. Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at
9:10a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the expenditure of
$80000.00 from the Platte Co Revolving Loan Fund to Patrick Adamy dba Country
View Estates for a 15 year loan at 4.5% interest. Motion carried. Jon Bargen,
Mail Prep discussed the new postage increase with the Co Bd.Moved and seconded
to approve the minutes of 4-17-07.Motion carried.The Co Bd discussed the
cleaning of the Courthouse windows. Moved and seconded to authorize the
Chairman to sign the utility appl for Dave Donaghue.Motion carried. Moved and
seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the utility appl for John
Abegglen.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign
the Engineering Agreement for Project No. BHO-7071(8) Platte Center Southwest.

appl for Larry Hemmer. Motion carried.Moved and seconded to file the Co Treas

below have been outstanding for a period of at least two years, and WHEREAS,it
is desirous by Resolution to cancel those warrants.NOW,THEREFORE,be it
resolved, that the County Clerk’s
list of outstanding warrants be stricken from the Platte

Supervisor Martens attended the East Central Hlth Dept meeting; they also
discussed the increase cost for the jail inmates. Supervisor Franzen attended
the NIRMA meeting in Lincoln and
they are waiting for more information from some counties on hlth insurance.
Supervisor Tooley reported that the Personnel Comm met and are looking at
compensation pay for vacation and sick leave and he is in discussion with the Col
Comm Hospital
for inmate costs. Supervisor Friedrichsen attended the Chamber of Commerce
meeting, they are busy people: and we are working on a sick leave payout at the
Juvenile Center
in Madison. Supervisor Woerth met
with Larry Mares from RVW to look at the replacement of the east steps, he also
had complaints on security in the Courthouse. Moved and seconded that the
following claims be approved as presented and the Co Clk issue warrants of the
