Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable Robert Lloyd,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Clk of the Co Bd. Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens,Friedrichsen,Woerth,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Lloyd.The Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws.The Aff of Publ for the meeting were published in the Humph Demo on 6-26-08 and the Col Tele on 6-24-08.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried. Allan Vyhnalek,Ext Educator requested permission for several of the staff members to attend several out-of-state conferences. Supervisor Friedrichsen attended the Juvenile Detention meeting in Madison. Supervisors Martens and Lloyd received numerous calls on flooding issues. Carl Hart, Jr.,Acting Co Atty discussed the final appraisal and/or adjustment to the cost to cure items relating to the Jenny Road and adjacent property owners and current land owners and their attorney’s addressed the Co Bd on the appraisal.
