Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning.Honorable Robert J Lloyd,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens, Friedrichsen,Woerth,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Lloyd.The Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws.The Aff Publ were presented with meeting notices published in the Col Tele on 8-26-08 and the Humph Demo on 8-28-08.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried.A hearing was held at 9:00a.m. to consider the issuance of a Special Designated Permit to St Michaels Church in Tarnov for an event being held at St Michaels Church on 11-2-08 with a snow date of 11-9-08.Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 9:05a.m.Moved and seconded that the Platte Co Bd Supervisors recommend to the Nebr Liquor Control Comm that the Special Designated Permit for St Michaels Church for an event being held at St Michaels Church on 11-2-08 with a snow date of 11-9-08 be granted.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the repairs on the communications tower by cornerstone Tower in the amt of $7350.00 to be paid from Bldg Grds Misc as presented by the Co Sher.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the minutes for 8-19-08 and 8-26-08.Motion carried. Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 9:35a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Hwy Supt to draw up a resolution to state the Buller Road No. 369 to be reverted back to the owners of the adjacent real estates, one-half on each side and the Cielocha Road No. 347 to be reverted to the Village of Duncan.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the utility appl for Dan Lutjens.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the utility appl for Frontier Comm.Motion carried. Motion carried.Committee Reports: Supervisor Pfeifer reported the Road Bridge Comm met with the Hwy Supt on Tuesday and they also met with the Hwy Supt Wedn with two LENRD Directors from Wayne on the Leigh dam issue.Supervisor Tooley reported the contract with the Col Comm Hospital has been signed by both parties. Supervisor Woerth reported the railings are up on the steps.
