Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00a.m. in the morning.Honorable John P Woerth,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk. Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens, Friedrichsen,Lloyd,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Woerth.The Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws.The Aff Publ from the Col Tele and Humph Demo for notice of public meeting were presented.

Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried.A hearing was held at 9:00a.m. to consider an appl to the Platte County Revolving Loan Fund for Torin Products. Moved and seconded to conclude the hearing at 9:08a.m.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the loan appl of $160000.00 from the Platte County Revolving Loan fund to Torin Product Inc.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Co Sher to purchase a 2008 Chevy Impala in the amt of $19497.00 from Ernst Auto Center if possible or from Sid Dillon in Wahoo and a 2008 Dodge Durango in the amt of $25272.00 from Lincoln Dodge dba Performance Dodge to be paid from the capital acct.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the minutes for 12-18-07.Motion carried. Total Courthouse Security was discussed by the Co Bd. The Co Sher presented two quotes on the equipment necessary for this procedure.
