session beginning at 9:00 in the
morning. Honorable Robert J Lloyd,Chairman,Diane C
Pinger,Co Clk. Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors
Martens, Olk,Micek,Pfeifer,Franzen,Tooley and Chairman Lloyd. The Chairman
informed the public on the posting of the open meeting laws. The Aff Publ were
presented with the meeting notice published in the Col Tele on 11-10-09 and the
Humphrey Demo on 11-11-09.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as

Hwy Supt on salary increases for the Hwy Dept. Supervisor Martens rec’d a quote
to install a compressor on a refrigerator in the courthouse for $555.08.It was
decided not to do anything at this time. Greg is still working on specs for a
new boiler. We are still looking for a part-time maintenance technician. Moved
