Pursuant to adjournment the Platte Co Bd Supervisors met in session beginning at 9:00 in the morning. Honorable Robert J Lloyd,Chairman,Diane C Pinger,Co Clk.Roll call and the following members present: Supervisors Martens, Olk,Micek,Pfeifer,Tooley,Franzen and Chairman Lloyd. The Chairman informed the public of the posting of the open meeting laws. The Aff Publ were presented with the meeting notice published in the Col Tele on 7-28-09 and the Humph Demo on 7-29-09.Moved and seconded to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. Senator Stuthman discussed a transportation study with the Co Bd.Moved and seconded to approve up to $10,000.00 for the transportation study to be finalized when the federal government approved the $400,000.00.motion withdrawn. Moved and seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the utility appl for Cornhusker PPD.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign Supplemental Agreement #3 Platte County Monastery Trail. Motion carried. Wilma Arp, Comprehensive Juvenile Services presented a letter of intent on gang prevention and intervention to the Co Bd.Moved and seconded to authorize the Platte Valley Diversion director to go ahead with the grant appl for gang prevention and intervention in the amt of $60,000.00.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 7-21-09.Motion carried.Moved and seconded to accept the quote from Col Plumb for an electric water heater in the amt of $1386.00 and the quote from Pat Sackett Elect for the hookup for $500.00 to be paid from the Bldg Grds budget.
